7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of any TalkToCash service (both one-time toolkits and the first month of a subscription plan), you are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to our support team at support@advlst.in with the following details:
- Your full name and the email address used for purchase.
- The name of the product or plan you purchased.
- The date of purchase.
- A brief reason for the refund request (optional, but appreciated as it helps us improve).
Processing Refunds
Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@advlst.in.
Exceptions
Please note that after the 7-day period, we cannot offer a refund. For monthly subscriptions, this policy applies only to the first month's payment. Subsequent monthly payments are non-refundable.
